Description

This Basic Analytics module provides an overview of different types of analytics and describes how organizations can benefit from using them. The second module describes the IBM Z Platform for Apache Spark (z/OS Spark) used for z/OS data analytics.

Audience

The initial module is aimed at application developers, data/business analysts, administrators and information architects who need to manage, process, and analyze big data.

Prerequisites

A general understanding of the z/OS environment is required.
